Create a Utility room from a Garage

We have previously done lots of work for our customer including an extension, they invited us back to make better use of their garage space. They wanted a utility area, separate to the garage to provide a washing room area and storage space.
The new room is now on level with the rest of the house and is fully insulated. Our customer was so happy with the result she said it would be a shame to put the boxes in the room. So we put in a larger loft hatch, a fixed pair of loft ladders that retract with the hatch, boarded out the central section and installed a light. Our customer was delighted with the result and called me personally to praise Dave and Alex for even putting the boxes up in the loft for her.
