Bathroom conversion – bath and separate shower

Our customer had a small boxroom and a large bathroom. Ideally they wanted to utilise the space better and turn the old bathroom into a larger bedroom, and the small boxroom into a bathroom. As a bedroom the room seemed very small, but once turned into a bathroom our design allowed for a separate bath and shower, plus storage.We also installed a pump to increase the flow of hot water throughout the house. The new bathroom had LED lights installed to brighten the room and a fan. A Carron Status bath with curved edge, Vitra basin and all precision tiled in Pietra Pienza Beige.

In the old bathroom we removed the tiles, suite and all related plumbing, fitted plug points and a new light switch within the room. We plaster skimmed the entire room including the ceiling and also installed a radiator, architrave and skirting boards.
